Update: Following this review, service manager Destiny reached out personally and made things right — replaced both air filters and performed the brake flush at no cost as a goodwill gesture. They also let me know the service advisor I’d been dealing with is no longer with the company, which explained a lot. Bumping to 5 stars based on how the resolution was handled. The recovery here was genuinely impressive. Approved a written estimate for my 2023 X3 (spark plugs, oil change, air filter) before scheduling. At checkout I wasn’t shown an itemized invoice — just told a total over $150 higher than what I’d approved. When I pushed back that the number didn’t match my estimate, the front desk started adjusting the invoice on the spot to bring the total closer. It wasn’t until I reviewed the receipt later that I saw what had happened. A brake flush had been added that was only ever recommended to me, never authorized and never performed — but still billed at nearly $200 (my dash still shows it as needed). Instead of just removing the unauthorized brake flush, the spark plug labor was zeroed out to make the total work. The spark plug parts price had also silently gone up around 30% between the estimate and the invoice — same part, one week apart, no notification. The air filter wasn’t in stock either, so it came off the invoice and I was told to come back for a quick drop-in. Weeks later when I followed up on the drop-in, the new return estimate had fresh labor on a job I’d already paid labor on, and the part price had gone up there too. The front desk couldn’t give me a clear answer when I asked about the billing. The tech work itself seems fine, but I can’t continue with a shop where billing and communication is so unclear.

If you’re serious about your BMW, I definitely recommend Bimmers Only. They helped take my M4 to the next level with an air intake, downpipes, tune, and custom headlights. The difference in the car is incredible, and the work was done right. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with a car you care about, but Bimmers Only has earned my business. I’ll be back for oil changes, maintenance, and more upgrades in the future. Great shop and great team!
