I recently visited Dr. Bing’s clinic because one of my teeth was badly damaged and could no longer be saved. I had been worried about the treatment, but Dr. Bing carefully examined my teeth and clearly explained the options available to me. She recommended extracting the damaged tooth and restoring it with a dental implant and crown. The whole process was handled very professionally. Dr. Bing was gentle, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable during every step of the treatment. The new tooth looks natural and feels strong, just like my own tooth. I’m also very satisfied with the cost, which I found to be reasonable for such high-quality care. Overall, I’m very grateful to Dr. Bing and her team for their professionalism and kindness. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bing for the past two years, and I only wish I had found her sooner. She is highly professional, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and never recommends unnecessary treatments. I’ve visited her for routine checkups, fillings, and even a dental implant, and I’ve had a great experience with every procedure. Her care has always been thorough and reassuring. More recently, when I was dealing with a severe sinus issue, my ENT doctor suggested checking my molars with dentist to rule out a dental cause. Dr. Bing conducted a very careful examination and even coordinated directly with my ENT doctor to discuss my case. That level of collaboration and attention truly meant a lot. Her staff is also wonderful—very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciate Marc, who went above and beyond to follow up with me and help manage different situations throughout my care.
