Coffee leads the experience, starting with Vietnamese iced coffee and extending to Ube Viet Coffee and Viet Coffee with cheese foam for guests interested in richer, more playful combinations. Customer comments also highlight egg coffee, describing a deeper, more intense coffee taste without a direct egg flavor. Beyond coffee, the menu includes hojicha latte, matcha latte, ube matcha, and strawberry matcha. One guest appreciated being able to order ube matcha half sweet, describing its balance of earthy matcha with a creamy, nutty ube note. These choices give visitors several flavor directions, from familiar coffee to tea-based drinks with more distinctive profiles.

Food gives Binge Coffee House more than a drink-only identity. Customer feedback specifically mentions banh mi as a substantial option, including shredded chicken and pork versions. One guest found the sandwich large and filling for the price and called out the fresh cilantro, while another reviewer described the chicken as flavorful. For visitors looking for a practical Berkeley lunch with a beverage, a banh mi alongside Vietnamese-style coffee or matcha makes sense as a straightforward order. This food-and-drink pairing is useful when you want something more complete than a quick cup while still keeping the visit centered on the cafe's drinks.

The atmosphere is a meaningful part of the draw. Reviewers describe the space as cozy and study-friendly, while also noting that it is a small cafe rather than a large room. This makes it well suited to individual work sessions, casual meetups, and a focused coffee break; guests planning to stay for a while may want to keep the limited seating in mind. Service feedback mentions quick, efficient help and staff who could explain unfamiliar drinks. Open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day, Binge Coffee House is a dependable option for daytime coffee, food, or study breaks in Berkeley.

Just checked out Binge Coffee House and I’m impressed ☕✨ This Vietnamese-inspired spot is a whole vibe, super cozy, study-friendly, and definitely a go-to if you’re in the Berkeley area. They’ve got everything from authentic Vietnamese iced coffee to unique matcha creations and tasty bites like bánh mì and pandan waffles. I tried the banana matcha and wow… sweet, creamy, and perfectly balanced with salted cashews on top 🤤🔥 that sweet + salty combo really hit. They’ve got a wide variety of matcha flavors too (banana, pistachio, and more), so there’s plenty to explore. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill spot with good energy and even better drinks 💚

Wow, the hojicha latte was so good here. We also got a matcha latte which tasted a little too milky so I wonder what's up with that. The bahn mi is big and very filling for the price, cilantro especially fresh, the shredded chicken has a good flavor (although a little dry) and the pork is okay. Pandan waffle had coconut flakes in it which i personally dont care for but still pretty good. Standout was the popcorn chicken which also had fried garlic and basil that was a really great addition. Everything we got was really freshly made, our $78 order was out very quickly still (under 10 minutes). You order on a kiosk yourself or you can talk to the cashier which is nice. They have both a lot of workers and customers, so you can tell the food and drinks are good. Definitely would come back! All tables have only 2 chairs so expect to do takeout if you have a big group. Also some people come to study here.

My wife and I wanted to check out this spot on our way to Vallejo. Service was quick and efficient. The worker was able to explain the drinks that we asked about. Ambiance is a cool little spot. Had some searing but it's not a big cafe. We orders the Ube Viet Coffee and Viet Coffee w/cheese foam We asked for “less sweet” and it was perfect. I really liked the taste of their Vietnamese Coffee and the foams did not overpower the coffee Definitely would come back to try other drinks.

I love their egg coffee. It doesn’t taste like egg at all — instead, it makes the coffee flavor richer and more intense. Sometimes I even wonder if they actually add egg, because you can’t taste it directly. But the drink is amazing, both in flavor and in the coffee itself.Be prepared ahead they always packed with plenty of orders .

Binge Coffee is serving up some creative drinks — I tried the ube matcha and strawberry matcha, and both were on point. The ube matcha was rich, earthy, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet ( ordered half sweet) and the ube added a creamy, nutty layer that paired well with the matcha’s bitterness. The strawberry matcha was lighter, refreshing, and a little fruity without tasting artificial. Visually stunning too — they nail the aesthetic game here. Staff was quick, friendly, and the vibe is modern but relaxed. You can tell they care about quality and flavor. The store is on the small side so it gets crowded. Their AC could use some work too. Bottom line: If you’re into matcha and want something beyond the usual, Binge is a must. Fun flavors, done right.
