Really enjoyable experience for our first time. They didn't have something on the shelf, they prompt sent someone back to check for us even though they were assisting other customers as well. They explained all of their own favorites to us and told us about the history of Black Rifle and this location. We ended up taking advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free and the vets discount. Got a couple great shirts from there!

A very unique WOW coffee shop concept! Great specialty coffee place with Guns focused branding and ambiance! This is a treat to be at.

I visited the café last week. It was my second time. I was here three years ago. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere in this café is exceptional. However, the coffee could be a bit stronger 😉. You can also buy shirts, coffee mugs, and other merch at the café. I will definitely come back, as I really feel very comfortable here 🫶. I'd been buying Black Rifle Beyond Black for my coffee maker for some time before realizing they had a local location. I've now been to this location a few times and I love it! The coffee is really good and the staff is always super friendly. I enjoy browsing the merchandise. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a drive thru. And clean bathrooms! I always snag one of the leather chairs, sip my favorite coffee, and vibe along with the great music while I surf the interwebs for an hour or two. My complaints are: -when the staff tidies up by dragging the heavy (read=noisy) chairs around -no loyalty rewards at this location (I signed up on my first visit per the barista's request and received a free coffee yay! On the next visit I was told they don't do rewards and the barista didn't take my phone number for point accumulation.)

I happened to be dropping off a package at Fed EX when I saw Black Rifle Coffee Company store. I'm familiar with their coffee but I had never seen a store so I decided to go in. Well, I loved the store ambiance and message. I especially appreciated their commitment to non-kill shelter animals ! I ordered the 1776 coffee naturally being a 4th of July born babe and it was delicious, creamy, not watered down diluted coffee like other coffee establishments who shall remain nameless haha but so so good ! The service was great, prompt and most importantly sincere. I appreciated the staff's knowledge on their coffee's so I ended up buying Black Rifle Coffee...it's good and I've traveled extensively always looking for the best coffee and BRC did not disappoint, it's so tasty, rich flavor and delicious it's more than a cup of joe as they say ! I appreciate their support of the military so for me it was right on point. I will make it a point to go in whenever I'm in Plano. Thank you for your store !! The coffee is very good now I'm from Puerto Rico so I was nursed on coffee haha....you guys rocked it out of the park !! Great store and great employees...I will most definitely be back.
