Sign in to reviewThey have a new oil change guy that acts like he can't take the oil cap off. This has happened twice now with 2 different vehicles. He even said if it were to break I'd have to fix it. My other vehicle I had him change the oil and since then the oil has been leaking all over the place! Do not go here for an oil change. You have been warned. Go at your own risk.
Similar experience to other reviews. Got a smog test done and these guys are not clear on their prices. While I don’t recommend it, If you do end up going here fix the price before they start working on your vehicle. Their google profile pic shows the price, try to stick to it. If the owner does end up reading this. Is scamming $10 off your customers really worth it ? Don’t have to be a business major to know that returning customers generate sustained revenue
Should have listened to the other reviews. avoid it and learn from my experience, it was a huge headache, they overcharged us beyond what was originally discussed and authorized on the written estimate. And they insisted on cash and got upset when we refused to pay cash. They dodged every question we had, when we asked why they wouldn't honor what we had already had on the written estimate and agreed to, the owner got upset for asking questions. They wrote the extras on the form AFTER we got there. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, and disregard for basic customer rights. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting this shop with their vehicle repairs.
My daughter took her car here for a smog test that would fail because the check engine light was on. She needed a failed smog test to retire the car. She let them know that and they offered to buy the car. She asked for the price she would get to retire the car and they offered half of that. She said no. They then did the smog test and added that it was tampered with so that she couldn't retire the car. I told them it was never tampered with and my husband who is a mechanic asked what was tampered and they had to check again and made something up. My daughter paid for the smog and tipped them with her own hard earned money thinking they did their job but they were trying to scam her into selling the car to them. I found other reviews where they have done similar things. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! This is not the first time this has happened, they have done this to other people.
Absolutely the worst auto repair center I’ve ever dealt with. These people are nothing short of scammers. I walked in just to get a low beam headlight bulb replaced—bulbs that I had already bought myself from Amazon. All they had to do was install them. And guess what? They quoted me $90 just for that. Are you kidding me? $90 to change a damn bulb? That’s daylight robbery. No shame, no ethics—just straight-up looting customers for no reason. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
