Sign in to reviewDrove 15 minutes to get my eyebrows cleaned up, arrived at 6:50 and they were already closed. Idk why they have advertised at 7 pm, such a waste of time. And it's not the first time they did it. Go elsewhere where your time is respected.
eyebrow shape OK pain more than usual because the lady took almost 15 minutes to do the eyebrows which I appreciate but Caused way more pain than usual. also, I might have given four stars, but the lady was on phone whole time during doing my eyebrows, did not wear a face mask. Literally kept talking with someone on phone while her face on top of my face-super weird. Haven’t seen anyone doing this before.I didn’t leave a tip because I felt like I was not treated like a customer as hygiene and basic customer service was not there priority.
Today I got my eyebrows threaded and were done by Marlin. Very happy with her work, and on top of a great job she is very gentle. It was a great experience will be back again :)
I would give this place 5 stars but I only gave it four. The reason, I love how Jaz serves me. She is very kind and friendly and shows interest in your requests about how you want your eyebrows. However, there is another lady, I don't know her name, but I do not recommend her; she has no tact when communicating with you and gets upset when you ask her to do your eyebrows the way you like them. This is the second time my daughter has had her eyebrows done by her, because Jaz was not there, and both times she has treated her disrespectfully when my daughter goes alone, but when I am with her she pretends to be nice. So I recommend that Jaz do your eyebrows instead.
