Wonderfully flexible and understanding professionals who know how to deal with somewhat stubborn and cantankerous clients. They've helped supported my mom during periods ranging from 24-hour Healthcare for weeks at a time to just a few hours a week. We were first introduced to Bluebird Homecare in 2018 during my mom’s end of life. When my siblings and I needed help with our dad 7 years later, we knew exactly who to call. Joanne Flatt assured us we could ease into care for my dad, who wanted to maintain his independence. She & Meghan Bott found a wonderful caregiver in Marcus who visited weekly, and in the end became a trusted friend to my dad. When we needed to pivot quickly to round-the-clock care following a hospital stay, Meghan worked tirelessly to fill the shifts with kind, caring, responsible caregivers like Patricia B., Jessica, Tantenia, Erica, Quatasia, Myesha, Rafael, Gretchen, & especially Patricia R., with her gentle persuasiveness. We learned something from each of them about how to better care for our dad. A shout-out to Kamonica who helped me label dozens of pill reminders that first day and slice into tennis balls for the bottom of my dad’s walker. Throughout this whole process, Meghan Bott was in constant communication with me and always available. I truly do not know what we would have done without Meghan. I highly recommend Bluebird Homecare!

Bluebird Homecare provided wonderful care for my husband so that I could attend my son's wedding in CA. The caregivers were always on time and took care of his needs 24 hours a day. Travis became his companion during the day and was very attentive and supportive to him. Joanne and Meghan were so friendly and responsive to our questions and concerns.
