Sign in to reviewMy mother took her car to this mechanic about a year ago because her airbag light came on. She was told that the passenger side seat belt buckle needed to be replaced because the sensor was bad. This was done for about $150. After the repair, the light came on again almost immediately. She was informed that (wouldn't you know it?) the driver's side belt buckle sensor was now defective and it would cost another chunk of money to fix. I told her to not go back and we would find another option. Took the car to another mechanic this past week and they were very confused by the diagnostic from B N C. In fact, in looking over the sparse details of the work order, they questioned the legality of it due to how little information it gave for the repairs. Suffice to say, I can not readily recommend this shop. Whenever money is paid for something that is not fixed in the slightest, I think it is a foundational failing for a business such as this.
Steve and his crew is great. They are honest. They are reasonable priced. One day I was at Harbor Frieight Tools. A gentlemen helped me Jumpstart my car with a battery jumper I bought. I forgot his name. I told him I had a mechanic and he lost his business due to the Covid. He told me to go to BNC Auto and the owner Steve is honest to the T and very reasonable priced. The mechanics are great. I found out another friend of mine I met at a bank I go to also goes to him. She is very happy with him.
Needed a brake service done. Called in and talked to Steve he was professional and easy. Quoted me and brought my car in for same day service. 10/10 experience highly recommended
I recommend B&C highly. Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable an honest mechanic. I've recommended him to several friends and gotten nothing but positive feedback.
Steve and Rusty were awesome. They got my car in and fixed the same day. The shop is on the corner and I had to do a u-turn, but it wasn't too hard to find. There was a sweet dog named Jake too.
