I didn't get their service and that the reason why I'm disappointed. It was kinda emergency, I really needed hair cut so I came there at 9 am(open 7 days 9am to 7pm) and they were closed. I waited there for a 20 min because I thought they can be late or what ever. Nobody Show up. So it's only wasted time. Also there was one more guy who was there waiting too.

For a men's haircut, it was $25 and included a hair wash. It's best to call ahead to schedule a same-day appointment and the lady is very nice and skilled. It's the best affordable haircut I've had in the San Jose area.

Last minute, my daughter hair stylist cancel on us. I found this Salon on Google and was in the area. Came in as walk in , my daughter's bang needed to be trim. Was NOT greeted or inform. Waited for 15 minutes, when One of the guys was done with his customer blow drying the hair out and at the register paying I spoke to him excuse me can you cut my daughter's hair bang. He said yes if you wait 10 minutes and the other guy interrupts me in the back and said no there's no time. He or that other main person should have said something and let us know in the first place. Could have said no walk-ins or let us know that they're busy no time.
