Boiling Dragon

Me and my mom came in around 3:04PM on Saturday 5/16/26 and no one was there, which honestly made me happy because the place is pretty small. Customer service was really good though. We ordered the gumbo, turkey neck special, 2 lbs of crawfish, the boil n rice, and a peach daiquiri. The gumbo was spoiled, so my mom sent it back. They refunded her with no fuss at all, and the cashier even came back and let us know it was the sausage in the gumbo that had gone bad. Now the crawfish?? We got all flavors with medium spice and it was REALLY good and fresh. Mixed sizes, but the flavor was PERFECT. The boil n rice was cool too — good flavor, but for $20.99 I feel like the portion could’ve been a little bigger. Overall, despite the gumbo situation, we’d definitely give this place another try!!

Food was extremely delicious. I also tried my sister’s fried rice & crawfish, also super good. Service was a bit slow but we understood since it was a Saturday night. Nice frozen drinks. Wish there was more seating inside! Definitely a great place to pick up an order to go & fully enjoy it at home!

Came here after church with my dad and son and the food did not disappoint. We came specifically for the crawfish. I ordered 3lbs hot/original and my dad got 2lbs original mild. We were both very impressed!! I usually opt for the garlic butter flavors whenever I visit a Viet Cajun spot, but this time I opted for just the original. We were blown away! Crawfish was favorable throughout. The spice level was on point. Crawfish were a mix of mostly medium and small but there were some large in there. This is to be expected in January.. all in all, I’m so happy we stopped here. The service was amazing. The gentlemen servicing us made sure to check in and was ready to assist us. Honestly, the customer service alone sold us! So happy we came to this place and I will for sure this my crawfish rotation.

This is my 2nd review for Boiling Dragon. This is the best seafood spot in Pearland… Try the dragon seafood fried rice as a side for anything, you won’t regret it. Plus, the beef bowl with veggie fried rice is amazing. If you have little ones, order the chicken tender basket with season-y fries (the ranch is sooo good). Can’t wait to order crawfish cus they were sold out today, so I got the shrimp po boy (see photos). The service here is great, the owner is so down-to-earth, and it’s clean no matter how busy they are.

Another new spot try out for us, trying all the local Crawfish hot spots in town. Boiling Dragon seems to be popping as a local favorite. While it didn't take the top spot for us, it's definitely worth a visit. Service was great, friendly, attentive, and helpful making selections. Sitting area is on the smaller side, but always had a table available for new comers on our visit. My favorite was the "Peking Chicken." Just perfection in such a small bite and was a great start to our meal. Her favorite, was the Cajun shrimp. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. The crawfish was good but would suggest keeping it simple. Butter & garlic with extra Cajun spice. Their flavors are added after they are prepared and why they lack some flavor. Plenty of parking on our visit. Plenty of options to select from on the menu to meet anyone's needs. We will definitely be back to try more items off the menu. What's your favorite?
