Who knew a dental visit could feel like a VIP experience? The office is T , the staff is T, and the vibes are T !! Alexis is the one !! Patient, informative, and kept me laughing instead of stressing. The whole team made me feel taken care of! And the plot twist, Divaaaa I can’t wait to start my braces journey with them. This dentist is about money. My son is 21 and has been seeing a dentist AND ortho for years. His insurance covers fluoride. This place told me they didn’t. It’s kool😎We won’t be back. I questioned the staff and they felt uncomfortable. Towards the end, my son got his teeth cleaned. The dentist must have thought I didn’t know what my son’s insurance covers. Bc he’s special needs, I stay on TOP of ALL of his business. Initially, they tried to charge us over $200 for a deep cleaning. My son didn’t need a deep cleaning. What they were doing was tryna dig deep in my pocket book. Oops!!! Yeah, so during the time I filled out the paperwork bc it was our first visit, they included paperwork for patrons to sign all of our rights away just in case they mess up. I’ve NEVA seen that included in over 20 years. They do that bc they are always messing up. We won’t be returning. If I were you, I’d find another place.
The front desk were very nice even when going over the insurance with me, and Dr Lee did a great job and I feel like they took their time with my cleaning, definitely felt a difference at the end of my visit
Great! I came in for a regular cleaning after my regular office was closed, and everything went smoothly! I was greeted by Christian who was very friendly! Will come back here for my next visit.
I went to Brident Dental as a first time patient and Christian (manager at the front desk) was amazing. Everyone was nice in general, but Christian explained everything in a thorough manner and printed it out for me as well. He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable and made a return customer of of me! Thank you Christian!
