His communication is always clear, his knowledge of every Land Rover model is unmatched, and he gives straightforward guidance on which services are worth doing. The results speak for themselves: my 2006 full-size Range Rover still drives like new. Steve is friendly, helpful, and consistently goes the extra mile for his customers. I'm leaving this review today because even though I'm on a road trip in Florida, I needed an urgent part, and Steve still took time out of his day to locate it and ship it to me over the weekend. That level of care is rare. My family has owned a car dealership in Maine for 50 years, so I know the industry well. Steve and his team operate with real skill and offer service that matches, if not surpasses, what you'd get at a Range Rover dealership, but for a far better price. I highly recommend British Car Repair to anyone with a European car. Thank you, Steve!!

I’m sad to be moving away and losing Steve with his team of reliable, trustworthy mechanics. They treated me like family for the past 8 years and always provided high quality service for my Range Rovers. They’re friendly, you can tell they love their jobs, make deadlines, and are able to work with me on my different goals. I’ve always followed their advice on maintenance and my 2006 HSE still runs like it’s new; I still love it as much as my 2020 Sport (photos attached). My tip is don’t be afraid to stop by in person the old fashioned way for updates, I was always warmly greeted even-though they’re beyond busy. Support this small business at a convenient location and you’ll be greatly rewarded. I was lucky to find them and hope to cross paths with Steve again.
