I called to ask what their availability would be this week for an oil change, and after being told to call in an hour to confirm if same day was an option, I asked what they charge. Without sharing what year, make and model my car was and without being asked, the person I spoke with answered that it would cost $299. That is DOUBLE what I usually pay for the oil change on my 2013 BMW 328i Xdrive. Outrageous. I was never even asked what my vehicle is. I told him I usually pay $150 and that this was wayyyyy too high, and he just said “ok, goodbye” and concluded the call. At the risk of repeating myself, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

Some things in life are truly priceless ✨️. I brought my Jaguar in for an oil change based on a highly trusted recommendation. Yes, I was quoted $300—higher than I expected—but I didn’t want to drive to Vegas without getting it serviced. And thank goodness I didn’t. Haris immediately noticed something the tire shop completely missed: my brand-new tires were mounted on the wrong rims. Not only wrong—dangerously wrong. I went back to the tire shop to explain, but they insisted, “That’s just how they’re made now.” We went back and forth several times. Then came the ah-ha moment: Haris had taken a clear photo showing exactly what was wrong. Once they saw the evidence, the tire shop finally understood the assignment. Suddenly it turned into, “We need to fix this NOW—this is a hazardous situation.” That moment? Absolutely PRICELESS. Haris didn’t just save me money—he may have saved me from a serious accident. Five stars all day.

Outstanding mechanic, I have been taking my Range Rover in for years and have never had a complaint. They are very thorough, so I am never worried when getting back into my ride. They are quick to troubleshoot issues, showing a great level of competence. They are also super honest, letting me know when something can wait, and when it can’t, quickly completing the work and charging a reasonable rate. You could do a lot worse.

I recently bought an older Mini Cooper and needed a mechanic to give it a thorough check to make sure it was safe to drive. Haris did an excellent job identifying all the issues, explaining what needed to be done, and offering a better price than another shop I had contacted. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. From now on, Haris will be my go-to mechanic for any future vehicle needs.

They were honest and gave it to me straight. Good solid info that I needed. The cost was below the dealers, they use OEM parts. They kept open a good line of communication. What more could I possibly say.
