The drinks stand out for specialty coffee and creamy, flavored combinations. Customer favorites mentioned in reviews include the Broken Cream Matcha, Broken Crème Latte, hazelnut latte with matcha foam, and maple vanilla latte. Visitors describe bold coffee flavor, sweetness that feels balanced, and a considered amount of ice. The cream-topped matcha has won over at least one guest who did not previously enjoy matcha, while a reviewer especially praised the rich, dark-chocolate character of the decaf coffee. These details make Broken Coffee appealing to both dedicated coffee drinkers and people looking to try a different matcha or latte.
There are also treats to pair with a drink. A customer specifically called out the Lotus Butter Biscoff cookie, saying it was a reason to return. The available reviews suggest a menu suited to a quick coffee break with something sweet, rather than a full meal. Guests describe the shop as cute, clean, and modern, with an inviting setup that makes it convenient to stop in while exploring Cheongdam Food Hall. Some visitors also noticed merchandise for sale, adding another small detail to the shop experience without taking away from its focus on drinks.
With attentive staff mentioned by customers and a location within a food hall, Broken Coffee - Cheongdam Food Hall works well for solo coffee runs, casual meetups, and a refreshment between meals or errands in west Las Vegas. Reviews also offer a practical note: parking may not be the most convenient, so it can help to plan for that when visiting. If you are searching for a coffee shop in Las Vegas with specialty coffee, matcha, cream-topped drinks, and a few sweet options, this Spring Mountain Road location is worth considering. Its daily 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. hours make it a flexible choice throughout the week.

I was never a matcha lover until my friend Liz brought me a Broken Cream Matcha. I was so amazed of how good it was! The cream on top made it taste even better! Now I’m obsessed with both their matcha and coffee! I’m a big coffee lover as well! So the fact that it’s specialty coffee is wonderful! The Broken cream latte is one of my top Drinks ! I’m there almost everyday 🥰. The staff is amazing and they know me already! Ash and Nat at the Cheongdam Foodhall location are the sweetest employee I always encounter with ! I ordered the broken crème latte after doing a search of coffee spot on Yelp. This place was sat in the front of the entrance of The Cheongdam Hall. The drink was amazing service was average. I also ordered the Lotus Butter Bischoff cookie and was beyond pleased. I would go back for this alone.
Really attentive staff and the coffee is amazing. Bold flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They also do the perfect amount of ice which I really appreciated. We got the hazelnut latte with matcha foam and the maple vanilla latte 10/10
Stopped by this coffee spot inside a food hall and it was a solid find. The shop itself was cute, clean, and had a nice setup—easy place to pop in and grab something quick. The coffee was pretty good too, definitely did the job. Only downside is the parking—it’s not the most convenient. But honestly, once you’re in, it makes up for it. Having options like sushi, ramen, and even spam musubi just a few steps away makes it super convenient. I’ll definitely be back, especially when I’m in a rush and want a quick drink with good food options all in one place.
Didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be really good. I liked the modern vibe, and it was fun to see they also sell merch. I found out it’s a franchise, so now I’m curious to check out a bigger standalone location next time. The decaf coffee was especially good, with more of a rich, dark chocolate profile rather than acidity, which I really enjoyed. That said, it’s a perfect spot to grab a drink after a meal while shopping at the mall.
