Amazing customer service and staff! I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer and consignor 😊 they always sell my things quickly and for a fair price! Best consignment store in the Houston area and their new location is beautiful and so well organized. It’s a must visit. 💕
The staff is very nice, but you get so little money for your designer items that you paid top dollar for that’s it’s not at all worth the work of preparing and bringing over all your things. I’ve decided to donate everything to people who really need it, rather than receiving pennies on the dollar for my stuff. They even went from 50 percent to the customer down to 40 percent. Not happy doing it anymore.
I wouldn’t recommend consigning with them — they take about 80% of the profit. You’d be better off bringing your clothes to Plato’s or selling designer pieces through other third-party sites. Most of their sales are now handled online anyway.
Brooke’s boutique has been wonderful! They sold all my luxury pieces for me and were so easy to work with. All the employees are very friendly and helpful while shopping at the store too. Great shop, can’t wait to come back!
We love Brooks, they are all incredibly kind. It's hard to find people that genuinely care about their customers and treat them as family. The facebook lives are so much fun to watch and it's even more fun to stop by in person!
