It's all about Relativity. If I popped into this place, was waited on within 6 minutes, and paid $10-$11 for this sandwich, I'd give it 4.5 stars. But after standing in line for 14 minutes behind 1 other person, and paying $16 with tax for this sandwich, I mean I'm sorry but there's no planet where this is a justified $16 chicken salad sandwich. Every characteristic of it is "just enough to be legal." Small tomato slivers, 1 piece of folded over cheese and looks like 3 tablespoons of chicken salad. This place has been around a long time so I don't think my pontification means anything to them but, I think store owners should choose a side: I went to NY last week and paid $20 for a sandwich. But, it was as long as my arm and I had to remove some pastrami to even fit my mouth for a bite. I didn't mind paying $20 bc I felt "sure, that's expensive, but I got a TON of sandwich." The other side of that is Brothers. Pay a fairly steep $16 after tax and receiving a sandwich that isn't memorable in any way. It was good, yes, but I'm never going to wake up on another Saturday like I did this past one and say "I feel like a great sandwich, let me go to Brothers for another $16 3-star experience." Is what it is...2026

I love these people as much as I love the food. The manager is fine as hell and she needs to know it 😭. I order the same pastrami and cup of chili everyday cause it’s so damn good. My favorite place to eat during my lunch break.

The sandwiches are tasty. Ingredients esp the veggies are crunchy and fresh. I like that it's not overdressed. The service is quick and friendly. Definitely worth checking out for custom and their signature sandwiches.

Sandwiches are good but overpriced. Lot on the menu so would have been good if someone tried to steer the customers with some advice or at least ask if they needed help. Only street parking available which is horrible around this area. I'm glad I tried their sandwich but just a tad bit expensive for my taste.

My coworkers and I order delivery from here occasionally. My favorite is the roast beef sandwich, mustard + mayo, with Ciabatta bread. The bread is very soft inside and crunchy on the outside. Their banh mi sandwiches are solid too. Their sandwiches are relatively simple and not too messy. I love how they offer different bread sizes and can customize for you.
