Sign in to reviewGreen apple green tea tastes like green jolly rancher. Taro ice blended had a plasticy taste, not the best quality. Won’t be back. Staff was nice.
We enjoyed what we ordered. My only complaint is that it does not look exactly like the bubble waffle ice cream that are on display. We ordered two different kinds. The seller prepared it nicely, but it was not like what’s displayed. It was also a bit pricey at $7.25 each waffle ice cream, but considering that they’re inside the mall, I guess it’s understandable. Besides, it was delicious and filling. And the warm, freshly-made waffle was very good together with the ice cream and toppings. They also sell beverages like Thai Tea, etc. They use the Square payment system, so you can tap or insert your credit card. There are tables around, some with plugs to recharge your phone while you dine.
THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS. I am 70 years old. I was walking and choked on a Pritzel. I went to their counter and asked the Asian woman for some Tap Water. She had cups. She refused! Said I had to pay for the bottled water. I was choking!!! I had to search my bag and ended given her my credit card. At Least I have proof. This was an emergency! She did ot care! I called the office. As I was asking questions, the man knew English. When he found out the reason for my call. He suddenly did not understand English. So I started to say a few words in Chinese. He hung up. These are untrained workers and companies that are too dangerous to be in the food industry.
THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! Not trained in Emergencies. I am 70 years old. I was eating a pretzel and was choking. I asked the Asian lady if I could have a half a cup of tap water. While choking. She refused and I had while choking BUY a bottle. Every employee in food business should recognize an emergency. If a child came up to counter said was lost, I bet the farm, she'll ignore and continue waiting for a customer. IM LOOKING TO GET HER FIRED. I tried to contact owner. FIRST THEY KNEW ENGLISH, then when I had to explain why I was calling...they forgot English and said "No Understand English". BEWARE.
The ice cream is nice and creamy and the plate made sure we didn’t make a mess.
