Wen went above and beyond for us! She made my wife and me feel incredibly welcome with her warm, professional, and attentive approach. It was truly a fantastic experience, Im a local here in Las Vegas so I will be seeing Wen again soon!
Great experience from start to finish. I had been in contact with Rivy prior to visiting the store. I happened to be in Vegas for a short meeting and had about an hour of free time, so I stopped by to meet her in person. She had already …
Had the best experience at the Las Vegas Bucherer. Rivy is exceptional. Kept in contact with me for several months and pulled off a miracle find for my wife’s birthday watch. Will definitely purchase from her again.
Recently I was in Vegas on vacation and visited Bucherer so I could browse and try on Cartier watches. My intention initially was just to window shop, so that I could make my decision on a future purchase, but the conversation l had with Rivy changed my entire experience. She was very warm and amazing. She created such a positive experience and without trying to sell me, our conversation naturally went from curiosity to eventually purchasing the watch. Honestly its hard not to compare everyone else to the professionalism and class that Rivy treated me with. She left her mark and if given the opportunity, I would really only want to work with her going forward. Such great character and professionalism and truly A+ representation from Bucherer. Thanks again Rivy!
