Burhani Laser Med Spa

Umi the RN is very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. She explained everything step by step and did a great job injecting me without any discomfort. I will definitely return to this spa very soon. Umi is definitely a great asset to this organization!!

This was my first time ever getting anything injected or anything Done to my face, I was extremely nervous. I didn’t know what to expect. I had no idea what I was doing, but I went in. Had an awesome consultation and got some injections and honestly, I could tell the difference right away. I’m so excited about my injections. I got this done because I’m gonna be getting married and was afraid that I wouldn’t look good enough it’s totally different now. I’m extremely pleased. I will be returning thank you so much for being an amazing woman. You definitely made me more excited about my wedding.!!

I had such a great facial experience at Burhani Med Spa! My aesthetician Umi was very professional and clearly knowledgeable about skincare. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything she was doing. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward — smooth, refreshed, and glowing. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend her services. Thank you Umi!

I had a very frustrating experience with this spa. It seems that their phones are handled by an off-site answering service in the Phillipines!...rather than the office itself, and it was extremely difficult to communicate. I simply called to ask if there were any earlier appointments available that morning. Instead, my appointment was apparently changed or canceled without my understanding or consent. When I followed up, I was told my original appointment had been given to someone else, leaving me without an appointment at all. On top of that, the owner would not stop calling and texting me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The entire situation was unprofessional and could have been avoided with better communication. If you use an answering service, it's important that appointment requests are handled accurately and that staff confirm changes before making them. This experience left me disappointed and frustrated, and I do not feel comfortable returning, as I am concerned about the level of care I would receive.

Great service at this med spa! The very knowledgeable injector took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. I have never had anyone make my lips look this good! Highly recommend!
