I'm surprised about all of the unsatisfied reviews on here. These people are always professional and helpful. From my experience, they will work with you if you need them to, and they don't be trying to rob anybody! As for the tension that some of you may have felt, you don't know what they've been through, as for robberies, thefts, etc. They have to be careful, because it's a luxurious profession/business. They've always given me what I asked for, and if you forget to pick up, or make a payment, they try their best to help you not lose your valuables. I don't have any complaints about this business 💯

The manager here is unprofessional and hostile. I came in to purchase an item they told me included a hard case. I left to get the money, returned, and suddenly was told the case “isn’t a part of it.” The manager, Jose, then tried to justify it by claiming the customer who sold it to them must have brought it in with a case one day and without a case another day—and that they simply “didn’t update the system.” This was an $800 purchase, and a new case costs around $150. I asked if they could at least take $50 off since the item was not as advertised. Instead, Jose responded by saying, “No—actually I’ll increase the price by $50,” which felt blatantly disrespectful and retaliatory. It’s clear he enjoys using his position to talk down to customers rather than taking responsibility for his team’s mistake. The experience was unnecessarily rude and frustrating. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend shopping elsewhere if you want honest and fair treatment.

Rushed there just to see what selection of cameras they had and they closed about 10 minutes early. I explained I wouldn’t even ask them to take anything out of the case but if I could quickly glance I’d know whether I should come back. Nope. As I finish this review it’s still not 2:00pm which is their closing hour today

Looking at reviews, you'd expect this place to be run by a bunch of crooks, maybe cigar smoke and dimly lit office where a bunch of shady business happens. However, my experiences were not only met but, exceeded. I do understand that each persons experience can differ from the next due to attitude, misunderstandings, and multiple other factors between both customers and staff, this is the nature of business. The shelves were stocked with pretty nice items and the prices were fair(ill get to this later) I think this is one of the places that had a lot happen to it during the riots and such. So the last time I visited it was a bit sparse. Yesterday 8/17/2021 I went into this location looking for an item I saw Offerup, sent a message through that app when they responded I made my way over. I ended up finding two items better than the one I was looking for. I made an offer(serious offer), the guy working with me(I don't recall his name) gave me the typical "let me see what I can do" and to be honest looking at the reviews, you wouldn't quite expect much. This is where my opinion of this location improved. He grabbed my two items, went to the back and start punching keys. His reply was we aren't too far apart on pricing, even with this, I was expecting to pay more than what I thought I would get. I paid less. Even though he could have charged more, he came through and made me pay less than what I expected!. No arguing, no bad vibes, no rudeness, none of the stuff "I" expected from a pawnshop. 12/7/2022 Visited on a whim. everything is still all boarded up. Saw a set of headphones made and offer, got accepted. Now own a really nice pair of Sony on ear headphones. Will keep coming back here. The staff is always friendly to me.
