This has been the best dentists experience since I’ve moved to Houston 5 years ago. I was going to another ‘known’ chain and my experience here was night and day. The staff was nice, especially Chuc. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor wasn’t trying to add on unnecessary treatments to hike up the prices not covered by insurance. I have always received the best dental care and treatment by Dr. Walters and her staff. Until recently I had only gone in for my routine twice yearly cleaning sessions which have always been provided by the best dental hygienists with great care and attention. I have since required two crowns, currently waiting on my second permanent one to be placed. Dr. Walters and assistants have been wonderful, ensuring I experienced no pain during the procedure. And when I broke my temporary crown, they promptly scheduled an appointment the same day to replace with another temporary crown. I highly recommend Dr. Walters and staff for any and all dental care.
