A delightful taste of home at Capital Seafood Restaurant. The sweet and sour pork was perfectly executed—crispy, tangy and well-balanced—while the tofu dish was wonderfully comforting and full of flavour. The nourishing soup was equally satisfying. For Asians visiting Las Vegas and craving authentic comfort food, this is an excellent choice with generous portions and consistently good cooking. Highly recommended.
The house special fried fish is nothing I’ve ever had - DELICIOUS. Portions are huge and I was excited for the leftovers. Lobster e fu noodle was tasty as well. Excited to come back to try other dishes. The complimentary dessert was a mung bean sago, and even though we were stuffed - it was AMAZING. Service was as standard as any Chinese restaurant, love the Chinese aunties
I went because my friend said of all the foods she missed in Vegas, she missed the special sauce crab here. We tried and it was good. I’m not sure if it would be the only dish I’d miss in Vegas, but it was flavorful. The crabmeat was sweet and savory. The server showed me the crabmeat and said it was $30 per pound and that my crab was 2.5lbs. We asked for noodles as well. We only ordered one other dish - spicy green beans. It was plenty for two people. Very satisfied. We went at 6pm and it wasn’t busy on a Monday night. The service was prompt and helpful.
Nice that they give everyone a tea pot on the house. Confusing because it's the pho restaurant combined with 2 listings on Google maps. The pho was decent.
Delicious 😋. Omg I went to Vegas and this came across my Instagram about a month prior. While we were there we pulled this place up which happens to be in Little Chinatown. My husband had a Huuuuuuuge bowl of Pho. We were then presented with a huge live lobster for approval. Next time we saw it ....... it was steaming with Garlic house sauce over noodles with salt and pepper shrimp. 10/10 would recommend
