Robert and his team are simply the best and most trustworthy Volvo mechanics in Central Texas. I love working on cars… and try to do most repairs on my 2016 Volvo XC90 myself. However, as vehicles have become more complex, it has become more difficult to diagnose and have confidence that the work you are about to do/part you are going to buy & replace yourself will in fact fix your issue. Capital V Connection is the only shop in Austin that I trust to not rip me off or try to take advantage of me, and will only recommend replacing the parts that actually need to be. VOLVO S60 2016 with 138k miles Save you some money and get better service and trustworthy mechanics. Hard to believe but believe me! Customer Service top compared to “Volvo Austin” Scared to end up at the wrong place I always got my car serviced at Volvo Austin. They always told me something different that’s wrong with my car. But the next time I would show up for service the problem disappeared and a new one came up. A little fishy in my opinion. I ended up going to Capital V connection where I was welcomed with great customer service, Robert made sure to let me know my car was in good hands and not to worry anymore. After the service Robert told me my car is in good shape and that there is nothing wrong with it. Service got done really fast and they made sure to have it done before lunch knowing I would come from Out of town. ( even though I came late for my appointment due to the weather ) I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done! They also fixed my fog lights which I never knew they was even there bcs Volvo Austin never fixed them and I guess I bought the car from Volvo Austin without the fog lights working. ( as seen in picture) I never knew they was there lol Crazy to say but trust me… Capital V connections might not look like it on first sight but your car will thank you for trusting them. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop, you’ve come to the right place! I recently visited Volvo of Austin for a simple repair and was informed that my rear brakes were at 4mm and needed immediate replacement, with an estimate of nearly $500. Concerned, I reached out to V Connection, and they accommodated me quickly. After dropping off my car, I received a call shortly after confirming that the brake pads on all four corners actually had about 50% life left! It turns out Volvo of Austin was attempting to upsell me on a $500 service. Thanks to V Connection’s honesty, they have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend them! And yes, when I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find I was charged a remarkable $0. Now that is exceptional customer service!

Robert and Wally are the very best. I took my Volvo here for years and got quality service at a good price every time. They're really easy to work with, always explained repairs and were honest about pricing. Don't waste your time at the dealership, Capital V is top notch. I've moved out of the area and miss their reliable and trustworthy service tremendously.

Love this place Robert has been great help to me. You can tell that the people here are honest and will make sure to take care of your Volvo. I drive a older 1995 volvo 940 with 460k + miles and the previous owner recommended these guys to me and I’m so glad she did. I called a few places that quoted me much more price for the job. I needed a kickdown cable replaced. They fixed it within a day had my car ready by the end of my work shift. It’s my daily driver, so I try my best to take care of it when I can. This is not my first time here, but it is my first time giving my review on them. If you have an older Volvo or any car in general you are definitely in the right hands.
