Six days after switching caregiving companies to Care with Love my dad passed away, but he died with the care he needed and deserved. After being disappointed and frustrated with the previous company's caregivers a family friend recommended Care with Love having gone through a similar experience with her parents. While it can be hard to make changes I can say without a doubt that it was the best decision we could have made. Both the weekday and weekend caregivers were proactive; anticipating my dad's needs and striving to make him comfortable. From the very first hour they were making suggestions and giving advice to make things easier for him. I was truly in awe of their work ethic. The day of his passing a substitute caregiver was sent and she could not have been more observant and invested in his care. Without her attentive care I would not have had the chance to say goodbye to my dad. Not only was she there for him but she was there to support me emotionally in the end. The fact that this is the caliber of care that he received from a replacement caregiver on the day of his passing should make it clear that this company takes their mission very seriously and that their caregivers reflect that goal. It's likely that I will need their services again for my mom and I will not hesitate to reach out because I know firsthand the quality of their care will leave her supported and me beyond satisfied.
From the first phone call, the family and I have been pleased and impressed with the Care With Love team. They provided skilled workers within days. Most importantly, these workers consistently provided comments and feedback regarding our loved one as she settled into a new living community. Communication at the management level is also top notch. Bios of the aides are emailed to family, and emails are responded to promptly. The CWL team is on call extended hours and I have never needed to wait until the next day for a response. If an aide is running late, the family is notified while CWL tries to find a replacement. We have been tremendously pleased and highly recommend Care With Love!
