Careone Medical Clinic Frisco

Went to care one medical for a stomach issue . They gave me a 1:40 pm appointment when they are closed for lunch until 1:45 pm. Had to wait in car. Then doctor checked me out and diagnosed me with a digestion issue. Possibly caused by something I ate or bacterial issue. I had been vomiting for 7 days The doctor gave me medicine for the nausea but didn't give me anything to treat the issue. I had left messages for the doctor multiple times requesting a prescription to help with the digestion issues due to the fact I was told not to take antacids despite indigestion and heart burn. Still 3 days later and I haven't gotten a return call or follow up. Also after leaving multiple messages they are telling me I need to pay for another visit when they didn't give me anything to address the same issue. Why I going to pay again because you didn't give me the medicine the first time. Its not like it's a new problem or diagnoses I need. On top of that I had to wait two business days to get this appointment because if you call or check website it says they are open Monday thru Friday with select appointment on Saturday by appointment. Then I was notified there only open Monday thru Thursday 9-5. Also they just chose to send my prescription to a pharmacy without asking me which one. After they told me I asked if they can resend it to another pharmacy. They never did. I then had to call the pharmacy myself to have my prescription moved . They also Wrongly told me about 3 prescriptions would be sent over but only received two prescription which caused me the inconvenience of verifying whether I was missing a prescription. Then they ask me why I get anxiety and need to be on anxiety medicine. Its because of stuff like this. My own doctor contributing to my problems. Lol.

I have been going to Careone for years started out with Sheba and ended up with Dr. Maria. They were not the problem it was their staff. Nobody there was on the same page for as relaying medical information. One clerk would tell you one thing and then another something else. Dr. Maria wrote prescription for my fianc'e and told us we would have blood work again in 6 months he ran out of medication and we call to have it refilled for weeks, called yesterday to have phone appt today Dr Maria was not returning calls. My fianc'e had to go in to be seen and have blood work which he don't have insurance so all was coming out of pocket not to mention we live 1 hr and 45 minutes away so we didn't have time to drive out for lab. Long short short today we was told we was been terminated there. It seem as Sheba patients grew she became unhuman and was all about the money. At the beginning it was human doctor concern. The reps with the strong accent was hard to understand and I am sure it was on both ends. It don't really bother me about not being able to have Dr. Maria or Sheba as my primary provider any more because I was tired of the hassle and unprofessionalism from the entire staff. However I was surprised at Dr. Maria. I bought my two sons and fiance' to her clinic and in the end all because of money and staff being unprofessional it came to this.

I have been visiting Careone clinic more than 2 yrs now and I’m a patient of Dr. Sheeba for quite a while. She's a truly great doctor who will take the time to make you feel comfortable and also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. The entire staff at clinic was friendly and efficient, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Been here today. Initially, we took an appointment yesterday in care one for my father and got an appointment with sheeba Mathai at 12:30pm . We just went to the clinic and they took the details and check weight and blood pressure, height. …

If I could give this clinic 100 star rating, I would. It's more than JUST a clinic. I initially when in for an urgent issue, met with Dr. Mahesh and he was beyond helpful. He listened and address each of my concerns thoroughly and with much care. I went back for another reason and met with Dr. Sheeba and she was just as thorough (and so sweet). Both are extremely knowledgeable in both clinical and holistic care. They also have a Wellness and Weight-loss program, which I am a part of and losing weight weekly. I've even left my primary care doctor and am seeing them for all of my preventative care needs. I can't stop singing their praises - I've referred them to everyone I know.
