Sign in to reviewThese guys are great in not only providing fast and affordable service, they go the extra mile providing that lagniappe factor. My 2005 Honda Element I received a previous quote to fix the steering column, Windshield replacement, shocks and struts, Ignition Door repair and light body work. The quote from a competitor was $3000. Carfix came in 2/3 less expensive. I have found my General repair mechanic!!! Not only that, but when I picked up my car, they even provided me with a wash and light detail, something I hadn't asked for or expected. My Car honestly feels like new. To Whom ever is looking for the BEST car repair shop to fix your ride! A couple years ago I got into a fender bender in my Honda Accord. Because my car was lowered it got the worst of it. Christian my new & only bodyshop guy fixed the whole front end and did an awesome job and very quickly as well! Since I did not have full coverage I had to pay out of my own pocket, I went to big shops, small shops, Maaco, and other shops close and far... Carfixx was the best price and quoted the quickest times. About a year later somebody did a hit & run on this same car while I was at work. Luckily for me a citizen chased the culprit to a local home Depot and got the plate number and the (get this) "how's my driving number"... once again, since I did not have full coverage the damages were going to cost me an arm and a leg... after doing a police report I was lucky to get a response from the actual company in response of the hit and run... after sending very precise pictures with my vehicle and tape measurer to show the height and width of specific markings... the insurance company paid for all damages through Carfixx! One less problem and no hassle guarantee! The second time around I had to go through numerous bodyshops for written estimates, even though quite a few were kind of shady and untrustworthy while feeling pressured... Not with Christian at Carfixx... he did a walk through step by step and told me how to work with the insurance company, how he was going about the repairs, and he was honestly very patient with me. The few times I've been there I've have seen unrecognizable vehicles that you could swear it would go to the junkyard grave, it would never be on a road again... I've seen the before and after repairs and I nor You could ever tell it was ever in an accident! All the vehicles in his possession come out of his shop with a Showroom finish! So check out any bodyshop... get your estimate, then go with Christian at CarFixx, give him a chance... I can assure you he will meet & exceed your expectations! David Hernandez is totally unprofessional, gives the Auto Mechanic Trade a bad name, had my car for 3 weeks and did nothing, but use it as his personal ride, I dropped it off at place of business in Spring Valley and ended up picking it up at a 7-11 in North Park, 3 weeks later, and during that time nothing but excuses ie: I'm in court ( probably being sued) I'm at the Hospital. total liar. I wouldn't let him work on a Tonka Toy. (The only reason I gave it a star is because it won't let me publish it, no star...)
Great and fast service, great people skills, diagnosed and fixed my cylinder misfire on Monday and I got it back Tuesday. These guys are great. Just talk to Christian!
