Caring Dental Center

Very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. Before my visit, I called and asked about the cost of a tooth extraction and was told it would be around $300–$500 depending on difficulty. But when I arrived, I was first given an estimate of $700–$800, and the final price ended up being $600. Since I was in pain, I had no choice but to proceed. What made the experience more concerning was that Dr. Ahmad suggested I should also remove my upper wisdom tooth, saying it would cause problems in the future if I didn’t extract it. The cost for both teeth was quoted around $1,800, which was extremely expensive for me since I do not have dental insurance. After more than two months, my upper wisdom tooth is still completely fine and has caused no issues at all. If I had accepted that recommendation, I would have spent around $800 extra for a healthy tooth that did not need to be removed. Overall, I feel the pricing was not consistent and the recommendation felt unnecessary. Patients should receive honest and transparent advice based on real medical need, not pressure for additional procedures.

Very disappointing experience. I have been bringing my family to Caring Dental for a long time. I have four children, and I am also a patient there myself, so we have trusted this office with our dental care for years. Unfortunately, the way our appointments are being handled has become extremely frustrating. The doctors for my children are constantly being changed, which makes it difficult for us to have consistency and build a relationship with one provider who knows our children. Today was the final straw for me. We had appointments scheduled, and I arranged my day around those appointments. When we arrived, I was told that they could not accommodate everyone as scheduled and that some of us would need to be rescheduled. I was also told that if another patient needed the appointment, our appointments could be moved/rescheduled. Patients have schedules too. When a family makes multiple appointments together, we make plans, arrange transportation, and organize our entire day around the times the dental office gives us. It is not reasonable to expect us to simply come whenever the office decides it is convenient. What disappointed me even more was how my concerns were handled. I left today feeling that our time and our concerns were not being respected or taken seriously. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, I was asked to simply reschedule another day. I decided not to reschedule and will be looking for another dental office for my children and myself. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the scheduling system, communication with families, and consistency of providers. Families deserve better organization and respect for their time.

Great experience at Caring Dental…. Excellent service from the entire staff—very kind and professional. Special thanks to the Root Canal specialist, who was not only highly skilled but also extremely compassionate and understanding during my son’s emergency situation. We truly appreciated the care, empathy, and professionalism shown. Highly recommended.
