The Orlando office of Caring Home Care is among the most poor managed businesses I have ever encountered. We were met with delays, unanswered messages, no-shows, dubious excuses or inexcusable replies from the manager. Contractors working for them range from excellent and truly caring, to dishonest and incompetent. Even with the good caregivers, the agency required near-constant policing, with multiple last-minute changes (for no reason for last minute changes except the manager's sloth) that left us no time to enact a Plan B. The Orlando office is irresponsible, negligent, and dishonest. The manager fabricated a story about one of her contractors to cover her failure, when facts had already proved the opposite. I am sorry for good contractors registered with this awful agency. Caring Home Care is the worst.

The absolutely worse company I have ever used. No management. No committment to promises of filling shifts. 1 aide showed up, spent most of the time on the phone, calling my mother "mama" and trying to force feeding her. She was shocked that she actually needed to do some work. Told me she would decide if she was taking the case. 2nd aide they knew all the time she could only fill half the shift. They threw her under the bus. Constantly lying to my caseworker and telling me something else. Extremely difficult to get them to care. Horrible trying to figure out if they were lying. Worst person was "precious". Always told lies and untruthful about situations. All in only 3 weeks. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. RUN QUICKLY AWAY FROM THEM. Btw aides really didnt know how to properly clean, bath, feed, or interact with my loved one. Terrible people. In reply to inaccurate reply by company. I would suggest the libelous statements be removed before legal action is taken. Unlike your reply, my statement was true. Enjoy your life. Btw in sure the underpaid staff you have would be more than happy to testify in court. Any further comments can be directed to the insurance company you work for.

This is the worst company I ever worked with I had 4 aids none spoke English my bath water was so hot it burned my feet things were coming up missing from personnel items to medications I called the office and was treated like they didn't care. DONT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT TALK TO MICHELLE OR ELLIE.
