We handle our small business taxes with Luis Carrasco. We also know several family members and acquaintances who handle their businesses taxes with him. We had an appointment scheduled with him at 5pm. I arrived 15 mins early and my daughter who is part owner of the business was on her way coming straight from work. I had already talked to him to let him know she was running a few mins late. She arrived about 5:05pm and I went outside the entrance to show her in. As soon as we stepped back in we were told by the lady at the front desk that Luis had already left and to just email him what we wanted. We both work far from National City so we drove all the way there for nothing. He never even communicated to me that he was going to leave. I don’t understand why he couldn’t wait 5 mins when every other time in the past that I’ve scheduled appointments with him I’ve had to wait for him sometimes even 2 hours because he’s not ready at our scheduled appointment time. The way he acted was extremely unprofessional and never communicated that he was leaving. This is not the way you conduct business or treat customers. We will not be doing business here after this bad experience.

JULIO AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST !! GREAT COMPANY FOR INSURANCE !! TAXES !! DEALER BONDS!! EVERY YEAR WE DO ONGOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR MULTIPLE OF OUR BUSINESSES AND THEY ARE GREAT!! THEY ALSO RESPOND TO YOU QUICK ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS AND THEY LOOK HARD FOR THE BEST THING FOR OUR DEALERSHIPS!
