Honest, reliable, and great work every time. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. Fair prices, no unnecessary upselling, and they always take care of my car. Highly recommend!

Mateo the owner is wonderful !! Got me in and out in 30 mins . I do work for a company that gives me a vehicle, but I plan on brining my personal vehicle as well. He is a great guy and will explain everything truthfully and honestly.
Edit 8/6/26: Adding to everything down below, the very error message that sent us to Carrollton Car Guys in the first place has returned. So not only was I over charged and lied to about the $150 deductible fee, but the work they did has put me right back where I was before I started. Do NOT shop here. I've been to them twice. The first time was great, the second time revealed some shady business practices, and the only difference between the two visits is that my wife was dealing with the owner the second time. After our first visit we were told that if we had our other car diagnosed and then they performed the repairs, the diagnostic fee of $150 would be deducted from the final total. When we asked about this before paying, we were assured by the employee after he called the owner that "he works [The invoice] up in a way so that it's only what you still owe," but after reviewing the invoice I learned that is not true. There were two line items on our invoice the second time we went to Carrollton Car Guys guys: the battery we had replaced ($280) and the labor to install it, charged at $180/hr. ,but no line item deduction for the diagnostic fee we already paid them through Zelle. I looked up the battery and it's overpriced by about $20-$40; that's fine, I can live with that, but it definitely shows there is no deduction occuring there. Next is the labor, which convinently, I had been there in the last couple months so I have another invoice to compare to when it comes to labor. On the invoice from our first trip, there are 3 different line item labor charges, all at @$150/hr. That means that not only were we lied to about the $150 being deducted but my wife was also charged an extra $30/hr for labor. This is blatant sexism and price discrimination. Don't shop here.
