I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible care I received during my first inpatient procedure at Carrollton Regional Medical Center. From the moment I began the pre-admission process to the day of my discharge, the experience was elevated by a level of professionalism and genuine kindness that I truly did not expect. A Seamless Beginning The tone was set early by Deborah, who handled my pre-check-in. Her kindness and efficiency ensured that everything went smoothly on the day of my procedure, significantly easing my nerves. On the day of admission, Raul finalized the process; he was an absolute delight to interact with and made the start of my stay feel welcoming. Leadership That Listens I want to extend a special thank you to Rozina, the Unit Manager. In the days leading up to my hospitalization, she took time out of her busy schedule to give me a personal tour of the wing. This thoughtful gesture ensured I was comfortable with my new surroundings and meant the world to me. Her dedication to patient readiness is a testament to the hospital’s leadership. The nursing staff—both day and night shifts—were monumental in my recovery. I never felt like "just another number"; I was always addressed by my first name and treated with the utmost respect. The responsiveness was incredible; every time I used the call bell, my queries were handled promptly and with a smile. The nurses went above and beyond to maximize my comfort, constantly readjusting my pillows to offset the standard hospital bed and ensuring my pain was managed effectively. Whether they were bringing me a late-night snack or offering words of encouragement during my physical therapy walks, their hospitality was unwavering. Despite having few visitors, I never felt alone. They truly made the hospital feel like a second home. Fantastic job, Carrollton Regional Medical Center. You have a world-class team, and I cannot thank you enough for making my stay so perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at Carrollton Regional Medical Center during my pre-operation appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Ms. Deborah at registration was absolutely amazing. She was polite, kind, and made me feel like a member of her family rather than just another patient. That kind of warmth makes such a difference, especially before surgery. Janice, who handled my bloodwork and EKG, was also incredible. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process comfortable. We even connected over having similarly aged children, which helped ease my nerves. On top of that, she was able to get my blood on the very first attempt! The X-ray tech was amazing as well. They were kind, professional, and helped make the entire appointment feel smooth and reassuring. Thank you to Ms. Deborah, Janice, the X-ray tech, and the entire team at Carrollton Regional Medical Center for making my pre-op appointment such a positive experience. Five stars all the way.

On January 30th, I suddenly collapsed and had to take 911 to the emergency room. Thanks to the prompt response of the medical team (chest X-ray, head CT scan), they were able to identify the issues, and I was admitted directly to the 5th-floor ward without being discharged. Although I was surprised by the unexpected hospitalization, they quickly performed an ultrasound and a brain MRI, and even completed an EEG to check my condition before finally discharging me. During my stay, the nurses were extremely kind in the mornings and evenings (especially Alexa, who walked me to the lobby – thank you so much 😄). The food was also delicious! The person who took my meal orders even asked about the previous day’s meals and was very attentive and kind. Additionally, Dr. Motwani, my cardiologist, informed me of my next follow-up appointment, allowing me to be discharged with peace of mind. After being discharged, I realized I had left my charger behind, but it was safely kept for me. Once again, I sincerely thank everyone for their care and kindness.

Going in for surgery is never a pleasant experience, but the staff at Carrolton Regional Medical Center (CRMS) made having surgery there far more than bearable (and almost enjoyable). From the individuals in registration, Raul F. and Deborah B., to my pre-op nurse Kim A., to the best-ever recovery/post-op nurse imaginable, Nadia A., and to the other post-op nurses, Janice and Rebecca, the staff at CRMC was simply amazing! Caring, compassionate, attentive, and professional are all understatements. While everyone I encountered was incredible, a special thank-you goes out to Nadia, who supported me while I was in recovery and did not let more than a few minutes pass before coming in to check on me. I am beyond ecstatic that I decided to have my surgery at CRMC, and I can’t thank the staff, especially Nadia, enough for the support they provided before, during, and subsequent to my surgery.
