Cars and More European Car Service Center

I can't recommend Cars and More enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The owner was incredibly nice, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done on my car, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. As a women with little knowledge about cars, I've always worried about being overcharged so I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Also, my car runs better than ever. Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. I bought my car from them, since it’s a mechanic shop I trusted when they said that they checked it and it was good, boy was I wrong. 3 days in with the car the check engine light goes off and it’s burning a ton off oil and having clouds of smoke, I bring it and the owner just says the car is fine and I can keep driving it (just deleted the code and it reappeared a few days after) a week later it lefts me stranded in a gas station, I bring it in and the owner says it’s the battery and they replaced it ( it has left me stranded at least twice a week ever since) AND THE WORST PART I took it in again for all this issues and he says I gotta replace the turbo which is 2k and all my problems will go away, so I pay they “change it” I take it home and a few days later the check engine light is back on and it’s still living me stranded. Got tired of them and took it to Riker’s automotive (the best place in orlando!!) and they told me that it had low oil pressure and an oil change (around $360) check engine light is gone for good and no more smoke. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They change my oil and oil filter. Mr Ismail helped a lot. He picked up my car at the appointment time and took it out when he said. Please find Mr Ismail good customer service and I am soo happy about that.

I started taking my Audi to Ismail a few years ago. He runs a great shop. He's honest, quick, always available to talk, and does exceptional work at a fair price. I have referred a handful of friends to him and they have been very happy as well. Highly recommend!

I have relied on Ismail for all of my cars needs for many many years. He is reasonably priced, honest, reliable, responsive, with great customer service. Jonathan is also amazing, so hardworking & customer service oriented. Anytime you have car trouble, you tend to get nervous and not know what to expect, but you dont have to be worried with European Cars & More.. you can always expect the best service!
