Brought my 2012 Passat TDI to CARSNV in limp mode with a check engine light. The turbo had failed. They diagnosed it properly, replaced the turbo and the oil pump, and inspected the engine bearings so we knew the engine was healthy before putting money into it. They also installed new sway bar bushings while it was in. The car came back running great, with all the codes cleared, and I've been driving it around since without a problem. On top of the mechanical work, they cleaned up the whole engine compartment. It hasn't looked that clean since the car was new. They cleaned the rims too, and the car looks great. CJ kept me updated with photos and video throughout. Clear communication, honest work, and they took really good care of my car. Highly recommend.

So I was at work and my car wouldn’t start. Called over to CARS, who recommended I have it towed to their shop to prevent possible further damage to my vehicle. They waited until the tow truck arrived and gave me the rundown of the procedure they would take as I had an extended warranty through Carmax MaxCare. They diagnosed the vehicle while I was still there and recommended I call my extended warranty to cover a rental vehicle while they had my car in for repairs. They fixed my main concern but upon test driving the vehicle, they noticed something else that I didn’t notice myself. They contacted the warranty company to add that repair to the claim and took care of all the paperwork for my repairs. They used all factory parts and throughout the repair process communicated with me on what was going on and even provided me with videos and pictures of the repair process along the way. Moe, CJ and Ken explained the entire process, provided excellent communication and made the entire repair seamless and worry free. 10/10 would bring my vehicle back here for any repair I would need in the future.
