Cascade Auto Repair

This is place is absolutely reliable and trusted. I’ve been coming here three times already and Jimmy is very helpful and explain everything so I’m happy that he fix my car so everyone dont hesitate to come over and get your car fix. I can give him and the staff as well 5 star. Good job . Thank you so much , more success and more customer.

Came in for a simple alternator replacement and they got the job done super fast and easy! No problems so far:) I had brought in my own alternator, since I bought one in an attempt to fix it myself but didn’t have the right tools. Other shops wouldn’t work on it with the one I provided, and were quoting me 800+ for OEM parts + labor. These guys were a fraction of the cost. Would recommend to other 10/10. Thank you guys for the easy work :)

Excellent Service and Honesty at Jimmy Cascade Auto Repair I recently had the pleasure of bringing my daughter's car to Jimmy Cascade Auto Repair in Renton, and I am extremely impressed with the exceptional service we received. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond to ensure our car was repaired promptly and with utmost honesty. When we initially brought the car in for repair, Jimmy and his team wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their efficiency was remarkable, and we were back on the road in no time. The speed at which they resolved the problem showcased their expertise and dedication to their craft. However, after about a month, our car unfortunately broke down again. This time, Jimmy's honesty truly shone through. He informed us that the parts needed for the repair were still under warranty from the manufacturer. Instead of charging us for the parts, he only asked for payment for the labor involved. This level of transparency and integrity is rare to find in the automotive industry, and it left a lasting impression on us. I want to commend Jimmy and his team for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their ability to source the necessary parts from the manufacturer saved us a significant amount of money and demonstrated their dedication to providing the best value for their customers. It is evident that they prioritize long-term relationships over short-term gains. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy Cascade Auto Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service. Their promptness, honesty, and commitment to excellence set them apart from other repair shops in the area. We are grateful for their exceptional service and will not hesitate to return for any future car repairs. Thank you, Jimmy, for your outstanding work and for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Jhovene

I've been taking my cars here for nearly 14 years. Excellent service, price and quite accommodating. I can't imagine the rudeness spoken of in 1 or 2 comments. I can't even imagine Jimmy being rude. Service typically requires an appointment because they stay busy. To me this place is the definition of a neighborhood shop. I never have to worry about being "taken" since I'm no mechanic. Trust (along with good work) is the most important thing to me in a mechanic and they provide it.

I had a similar diagnosis as the last reviewer, but my situation was worse. Had service done on my transmission. I drove a 2015 Nissan Platinum with 140k miles that was running beautifully before service. I had instant problems and brought my car back because the check engine light instantly came on. He couldn’t figure out the problem that he caused. He said it was the 02 sensor - it was not. My transmission blew and left me stranded on the freeway 3 days later. I had it towed to Nissan and they diagnosed my transmission failure. I sold my car to salvage. DO NOT bring your car here for anything other than an oil change and frankly I wouldn’t even do that. Not a knowledgeable or good mechanic.
