From the moment I arrived, the entire team treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They quickly identified the problem, alleviated my pain, completed my fillings, and replaced my crown—all in the same visit and at a very reasonable cost. What impressed me the most was how attentive they were to my pregnancy. The staff took every precaution necessary to ensure both my baby's safety and my comfort, carefully explaining each step and making sure my treatment aligned with recommended pregnancy guidelines. My wife and I had an incredibly frustrating and deeply upsetting experience at this Castle Dental location. We arrived a few minutes late because the digital forms they sent us beforehand were filled with completely incorrect information that we had to fix. Once we checked in and handed over our IDs, the manager refused to let either of us be seen. She claimed my insurance card name did not perfectly match my driver’s license.To resolve this, I called my insurance provider right there and put them on speakerphone. The insurance agent explicitly told the manager that under Texas law, using the insurance was perfectly valid as long as I provided a second form of ID—which I had ready. The manager actually began arguing with the insurance agent, falsely claiming Texas law required an exact name match. Even with the insurance company verifying my identity and authorization, she flatly refused to provide us service.Seeing how unreasonable and unhelpful she was being to block our care, my wife and I were left feeling discriminated against. As a Black couple dealing with this Hispanic employee, it felt like a completely arbitrary hurdle that wouldn't have happened to clients of another ethnicity. The lack of professionalism, incorrect paperwork, and refusal to cooperate with our insurance provider was unacceptable. Avoid this location.

When walking into the door I was greeted by a warm friendly hello from Ms.Rose. she quickly reviewed my services for the day and ran them through my insurance. After a short wait I was in the hygienist chair, where my teeth were clean with care. Thanks for making getting my teeth cleaned and easy and well time managed experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. During my visit, I was told that my gingivitis was “uncurable,” which felt both inaccurate and concerning. From my understanding, gingivitis is a common and treatable condition, so being told otherwise raised serious doubts about the quality of care I was receiving. Instead of being provided with clear treatment options or a personalized care plan, I was pressured into agreeing to a $2,200 package deal just to receive a deep cleaning. The interaction felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine effort to address my dental health needs. I left feeling uncomfortable, misinformed, and concerned about the lack of transparency. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking honest, patient-centered care, and I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before committing to expensive treatments.
