This broker does NOT care that their agents violate Texas real estate laws. One of their agents, Aleena Noor is notorious for sharing fraudulent videos on social media as an Apartment Locator. High rises in downtown that are $2300 she’ll list at $1600, she’ll even list properties in Houston and list them as Dallas. It’s been brought to Vito’s attention multiple times, yet he has done nothing and she still continues to post on social media. Our next step will be reporting the BROKER to TREC because they clearly do not care. If you are a prospect searching for a brokerage to list your house, help you find an apartment, buy a home yourself, look elsewhere. There are many other brokerages in Texas that lead with dignity and follow both rules of the Texas real estate commission and fiduciary duties we as realtors are expected to uphold. Centro Metro is not one of them.

Very unprofessional and discriminatory experience. A female Realtor from Central Metro Realty called me and refused to help me because I am physically disabled and cannot attend an in-person tour. She even said she “does not help disabled people or military people who can’t see the property before renting.” This behavior violates the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §3604) and the Texas Fair Housing Act, which require real estate agents to provide equal service and reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and cruel. I have filed a formal complaint with TREC for investigation. This is unacceptable conduct from any licensed real estate professional.
