Champs Medical is listed on FindALoco in San Antonio, TX with address, phone, website, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Mobility Equipment Supplier.

Champs Medical is a mobility equipment supplier serving individuals, families, and caregivers in San Antonio, TX. Located at 7718 Louis Pasteur Dr in the 78229 area, the business is a local option for people seeking medical and mobility-related products close to home. Its location can be useful for San Antonio residents who prefer discussing equipment needs in person, especially when a purchase may affect daily comfort, independence, or care at home.

Customer feedback references a range of needs, including compression socks, CPAP-related support, Tegaderm dressing frames, and mobility equipment such as the Jazzy Ultralight. These examples suggest Champs Medical is relevant to customers managing ongoing health needs as well as those looking for a new mobility solution. For someone comparing options for a loved one, being able to ask questions about a product before taking it home can be an important part of the shopping process.

The in-store experience described in reviews is mixed. Several customers specifically mention Tyler for being knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, including one family who received thorough assistance while choosing compression socks and another customer who appreciated phone support before picking up a new Jazzy Ultralight. Those experiences point to the value of attentive, product-focused guidance when customers are navigating equipment choices that can feel unfamiliar or personal.

Other reviews raise concerns about product pricing, returns, communication, CPAP coordination, and repair follow-through for a hospital bed. Because medical equipment and supplies can involve insurance, repairs, and time-sensitive care needs, customers may want to confirm pricing, return policies, availability, insurance processes, and service timelines before making arrangements. Asking for clear details in advance may help set expectations for the purchase or repair process.

For San Antonio families, caregivers, and individuals researching mobility equipment, Champs Medical may be worth considering when a local visit and direct conversation are helpful. It can be especially relevant for customers looking into compression garments, CPAP-related needs, wound-care supplies, or mobility products. With a 3.3 rating from 99 reviews, the feedback reflects both positive accounts of helpful personal service and important concerns to keep in mind. A call or visit to the Louis Pasteur Drive location can help customers determine whether the available products and support fit their particular needs.

Do not shop here. Their prices are outrageous. They charged $6.99 each for a Tegaderm dressing frame style. I bought 4 of them and paid $27.96. They would not return them- they have not been opened. I found a box of 50 on Amazon for about the same price. They are insensitive and not friendly.

Tyler was absolutely incredible. Perhaps the most helpful sales associate I've ever dealt with anywhere. We took my mother here for some compression socks and we were immediately and thoroughly helped by Tyler. He was so knowledgeable and also asked questions to help her think through what she really wanted. Definitely shop here.

I get anxiety any time I have to interact with Champs regarding my CPAP. Every interaction takes half dozen calls and visits, explanations and disagreement to get a simple thing resolved.

Great experience! Picked up my new Jazzy Ultralight on Monday. Tyler was extremely helpful on the phone the week prior, so we decided to go there. Went home with my NEW WHEELS!!! Happy, happy!
