Charlotte Dentistry is a dentist in Charlotte, NC, located at 201 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207. For people looking for a dental practice in Charlotte, the address and weekday hours offer a clear starting point when deciding whether the location fits their routine. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Because the listed hours are limited to weekday mornings, patients may want to consider their work, school, or caregiving schedules before reaching out to arrange a visit.

Routine cleanings are mentioned in customer feedback, making preventive dental care one relevant reason people may consider the practice. The available information does not specify a full menu of dental treatments, so prospective patients should contact Charlotte Dentistry directly to confirm whether a particular service is available and what appointment options are currently offered. This is especially useful for anyone seeking a routine cleaning or arranging care for a family member. Asking about timing, preparation, and next steps in advance can help set expectations before making the trip to the Providence Road location.

Charlotte Dentistry has a listed rating of 4.8 from 4,724 reviews, indicating that many people have shared feedback about their experiences. Reviews are not uniformly positive, however. Several reviewers describe difficulty finding timely appointments, including long waits to reschedule or book routine care, and some express concerns about communication or changes in their experience over time. Other comments mention individual clinicians positively, but experiences vary. Taken together, the feedback suggests that it is sensible to ask about availability and scheduling policies directly rather than assume an appointment will be available soon.

For prospective patients, a practical first step is to call and explain what kind of visit is needed, then ask about the earliest available appointment and any options if the preferred time is not open. Confirm the current office hours and details before traveling, since the listed schedule is Monday through Friday mornings only. People who need evening or weekend care, or who have a time-sensitive concern, may wish to compare scheduling availability with their needs before choosing a provider. Clear questions can help determine whether this Charlotte dental office is a workable fit.

Overall, Charlotte Dentistry may be worth considering for people seeking a dentist at a central Charlotte address and who can attend during weekday morning hours. Its public rating is high, while customer feedback also points to appointment access as an important consideration. The most useful approach is to weigh both the rating and the written reviews, then contact the office to verify services and current scheduling. For those looking for a routine cleaning, asking specifically about the next available date can help make the decision more informed. The practice is at 201 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207.

Their schedule is stuffed like a can of biscuits. I think it’s unreasonable to wait 8 months for a routine clean up reschedule. Seems like Charlotte Dentistry has taken on way too many patients to maximize the immediate money, compromise the common dental recommendation to get cleaning every six months, and has eliminated any wiggle room to accommodate earlier visits. My recommendation is to stop taking on new patients for a while or increase your staff for shorter appointment waits. You made a business decision and I’m taking my chompers elsewhere. And no, I’m not going to call to discuss (I’m predicting your reply).

July 15th 2026 was my last day at this dentistry. I have thought long and hard b4 making my decision to leave. I had no discussion with them why I was leaving till the doctor came in to see me. I had never seen him b4. He was very pleasant and listen to me. I shared with him my concerns and why i was leaving and this would be my last day. Finally someone who was listening but it was too late. Reason why I left. When I would address a concern all of sudden they go quiet on you. No response. It was as if they acknowledge your question they might not get to perform the job on your mouth they created in the first place. My mouth look absolutely horrible. I would take a picture for you to see but don't want to put it in this review. I have a couple of filling I have had for years. They were not giving me any problems. I told them if you don't stop pulling on them its going to create a problem. Well thats what happen and they had to refill them. I have two more thats giving me trouble because they finally got it to start hurting. They pull on the one on my left so hard that the tooth sound like it pop back into place. I personally think they do this to create an issue to get more money. My partial also gave me trouble. Only had them 5 years but they had to make repairs to them several times at my expense. One job they did to a tooth cause my my partial to fit to tight. I told them. They said take the partial out and put it back in. I did . still too tight and hurt . They just look stupid and no one say anything. Eventually because its so tight it caused three teeth to shift causing work to be done by pulling one of the teeth . I will end it here because its just too much. I took down my positive review from when I first start back coming here. I was not going to say anything about why im leaving but I thought about someone might be going through same thing and i want them to know they are not alone. They also need to send these phone people to school on how to have good customer service skills on the phones. Majority of my calls they so cold and dismissal to you. If you got an opinion the hygienist turns cold on you. You can tell they been talking about you to each other based on how they treat you and its their first time working with you. I felt like there was no point in having a conversation with them anymore. If you haven't listen to me all this time we got nothing to talk about now. The damage already done. Once I find me a new dentist I will have them reach out to you for whatever they need. I'm moving slow because they going to have a mess to clean up and I want to go to someone who know what they doing because I know its going to cost a lot of money. . I will need need partial. Maybe implants . Cancer xrays. New xrays. I don't know. No telling what they will have to do ...especially to the two remaining filling you cause to start hurting. I never expected to have this kind of issues with a Christian business.

If you value your time and money, I would think twice about coming here. I called in to make an appointment four months ago. The soonest they had at …

This business has taken on more customers than they can properly service. This causes SOME of the people who answer the phones and book the appointments to speak rudely towards the customer. It is June 1st and they are already booked out until next year for existing patients! This place is stricly about money, not about customers.

Missing Dr. Armstrong; this practice is nothing money grubby. Dr. Watson is okay but Dr. Wolfinger was not personable at all. Dentist and Pediatrician has always been bubbly people. It was an awful visit and l will not be back. Our family been with them forever. This practice is not the same!
