Not only did she do an amazing job, but she scheduled me in for an urgent appointment because I had an unexpected event pop into my schedule. I appreciated her kindness and great conversation and man can she braid!! I am very happy and pleased with my hair. It has been a very long time since I invested $$ and time into taking care of myself and this was worth every penny. I look and feel beautiful, and that feeling is priceless. She had gone above and beyond and went and got the hair for me as well. Very happy! Thank you so much Charmie!
Ms. Charmie Johnson is the TRUTH! I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxing, and her team team is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Ms. Charmie took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely nailed the result. The attention to detail was incredible; every step felt intentional and professional. I walked out feeling more confident than ever, with a look that exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, creativity, and top-tier customer care, this is it. I won’t trust my hair to anyone else!
I paid $516 for everything. I bought my own hair, I paid the deposit, I bought a nice product from this nice lady, and she did everything I asked her to do (+5 stars). However I am not in tune with the hair braiding experience so when I showed my mom my hair when it was done she wasn't pleased and said I was scammed (-1 star). I really think it was because of what I asked for and the combo wasnt a good idea but when I look at my hair, I do see some odd characteristics in a few strands. I will say I did not like the detangling and blowdry process at all (-1 star). I thought you were supposed to never detangle when dry. Other than that I I love my hair and I am very happy to have a protective style I wanted.
Very nice lady but EXTREMELY TO HIGH PRICED I didn’t ask over the phone how much a deep condition and hot oil treatment would be including getting 2 strand twist on my short natural hair because I know how much it is typically just to get weave or certain hairstyles so I wasn’t worried about a simple style and deep condition which was my fault! It came out to 330( including trim ) at the end of the day baby I could’ve got some box braids for that price this was not worth that much
Charmie is wonderful! I’ve gotten my hair treated twice by her :) this time I received a silk press with curls for my upcoming event. Charmie is polite, and knowledgeable on natural hair. Below is my hair after my loc comb-out, my dye and cut with Charmie, and my silk press with curls. My hair is full, vibrant, and healthy. Thank you Charmie ♥️♥️♥️
