I had a great experience bringing my 3 and 5 year old boys in for their dental appointment. Sarah, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful with them. She took her time explaining everything, answered their MANY questions about every instrument and object in the room, and helped them feel comfortable and engaged throughout the visit. Dr. von Feldt was fantastic as well. He was so patient and great with the boys, even when they started getting a little wiggly toward the end of the appointment. The entire staff made the experience easy and stress free. I would highly recommend!
Today was my first visit to this office. I was extremely nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in many years. I had some prior experiences that were less than pleasant in other dental offices. Right from the beginning at check-in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone I saw today was patient, explained everything and were gentle - emotionally and physically. The hygienist I worked with Sydney had an "office" that was the most comfortable area I have ever seen - with optional comfort items such as blankets, stress balls, etc. They had previously pulled my insurance details so we were able to setup a game plan that fit my budget. I never once felt judged. They want to be on my team to get my teeth happy and healthy again. As much as one can look forward to going back to the dentist, I look forward to working with Dr Stroup and the whole crew!
Finally decided to start being an adult and getting several health matters in order, one of which was going to see a dentist. Everyone from the front desk to the associate to talked over the money part of my already scheduled upcoming cleanings, was simply amazing. While I’ve never had anxiety around the people that work there I have anxiety around the instruments used and everyone did their absolute best so accommodate and work with me. While the x-rays were my nightmare everything was great. Friendly, calming, reassuring, and so many more. Such a great overall experience and I’m glad to have found them to help me maintain my oral hygiene

Ive been coming here for a while now and have had such positive experiences with all the dental staff. Lately ive been seeing Dr. Stroup and also Jesus for things like a crown and also emergency dental work. The scheduling team is wonderful and were able to get me an appt super short notice, and the dental work received here is always phenomenal. So grateful to have found this dental group!
