Sign in to review⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing ramen! New favorite spot. Stopped by Chibiscus for lunch, and it totally blew me away. I ordered the ramen, and it was a solid 10/10. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect depth to it. Exactly what you look for in a great ramen. The toppings were incredibly fresh. The egg was cooked to perfection with that nice, jammy yolk, the bean sprouts added a great crunch, and the meat was super tender. The portion size is great—definitely leaves you full and satisfied. The place is clean, the service is fast, and the vibe is very welcoming. If you’re looking for authentic, comforting ramen, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!
I finally made it to Chibiscus and had an excellent meal. It is a small shop with a few tables and has some cute decor. And it has parking!!! There is street parking as well if the lot is full. It is not a huge book of a menu. But the choices are well done, and everyone should be able to find something they want here. I started with the veggie potstickers and a spicy tuna hand roll. And then had the chicken curry dish as my entrée. Do not order too much at first, save some room for dessert. Oh my gosh! The desserts look amazing, and folks drive from all over for the brick toasts here. My food arrived after just a bit. The potstickers were good. Good flavor and not overcooked, along with a nice dipping sauce. The spicy tuna handroll was huge! What a deal! Maybe 6-7 bites to eat it all. The curry came out and was a good amount of food, just like everything else that had already been served. A large scoop of rice, some pickled ginger and a big bowl of Curried chicken came out. It was really hot, and I needed to let it cool a bit before digging in. It had a nice flavor, like a brown sauce with curry added maybe(?). Potatoes, carrots, and plenty of chicken, it was a good amount of food. I probably should have taken some food home but ended up just eating everything there. Next time, dessert!
Chibiscus is my go to in the neighborhood. Always hits the spot and never disappoints with flavor and fast, friendly service. This is the Chashu Chicken & Rice dish. I love their thai teas and smoothies as well. Super refreshing.
Absolute garbage. The rice was mixed with a tiny amount of noodles. Looks like someone’s leftovers were just thrown onto my plate. Disgusting
All I have to say is WOWWWWW! Second time trying this place and it’s so delicious. I felt so well nourished and fulfilled. Staff was great and food came so quickly. Adding on: So ummmm….. this place was one of the best discoveries. The ramen is so rich in flavor. Small place but I love dinning in and enjoying the calm vibe. I never wait to long for my food to be prepared and I’ve never had complaints about this place except that I wish I ate out more often and frequented this restaurant more.
