Freshness is a recurring reason customers say they return. These drinks can suit guests who like tasting the tea itself, as well as those who want to try a different style of bubble tea. I had such a lovely experience at CHICHA San Chen enjoying their complimentary private tea tasting. This is not your typical tea sample — it’s a private, one-on-one tasting guided by a knowledgeable tea expert, which made the experience feel very personalized and special. During the tasting, I had the opportunity to learn more about premium Taiwanese tea leaves, including their award-winning Lishan high-mountain Oolong. The tea expert explained the characteristics of the teas and helped me better understand their aroma, flavor, and finish. It was such a relaxing and educational experience, especially for someone who enjoys discovering different types of tea. I also got to try their new Peach Series, and honestly, it quickly became one of my favorites! I personally prefer my drinks less sweet, so I chose about 30% sweetness, and it was perfect for me. It had a lovely peach flavor without being overly sweet, while still allowing the tea flavor to come through. It was so refreshing and delicious! I really appreciated that the sweetness can be customized, making it easy to enjoy the drink exactly how you like it. Reservations are required for the private tea tasting, so be sure to book in advance by phone or Instagram DM. If you’re a tea lover or looking for something different from your usual coffee or boba stop, I definitely recommend experiencing the tea tasting and trying the new Peach Series.
I've been a fan of San Chen for years, ever since their first location in San Gabriel! So I’ve been happy that we can now enjoy it in Las Vegas too. What keeps me coming back is how fresh everything tastes. You can tell the tea is brewed on the spot, not something that's been sitting around or made from powder. The flavor is clean, rich, and actually tastes like real tea! The staff here also very friendly. They're consistently polite and attentive. It creates a relaxed, comfortable environment that makes it easy to stay and hang out. Now they even give points which after ten cups, you will get one free drink. Since now the inflation is high, it definitely helps make it a good value.
Decent prices of the size allotted in the attached image. My spouse and I decided to try this boba tea shop because it’s authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. Pretty good. The service was OK in that one employee told us tea samples were not available unless it’s a Saturday or Sunday. Another employee said they do samples and it takes about 15 minutes. Ultimately we didn’t get the samples as it either took too long or was forgotten. Still recommend this shop though.
As soon as you walk in you are hit with a strong aroma of fresh teas. A friend of mine recommended this spot to me, the staff were very courteous with the types tea recommendation. I chose the High Mountain and Cassia black tea. Both delicious. Definitely a good spot if you want to try a different fruit or boba tea experience.
Such a cute little boba shop! I love their aesthetic, and the workers there are super sweet! Will be coming back. Tried their orange drink and it tastes so fresh. I also tried their green tea with taro balls which apparently has mochi in it!
