Love the authentic coffee with house made flavorings. It is STRONG. I can’t remember my drink name but it was latte like with a nutty flavoring. For food I got the fried eggs, the sauce was SO GOOD! The flavoring *chefs kiss* I told the cashier it was my first time and she walked me through everything. I enjoyed reading about Vietnamese food as I was waiting for my order 🤍 I’m really glad I found this place on TikTok because it’s so hidden! Visited on a Saturday morning and it was a lot of other first timers and everyone enjoyed their food. Pics include the outdoor patio, parking lot, library and menu.

This has become one of our go-to Saturday treat-yourself spots. The food and drinks are genuinely so good. My favorite is the Hà Nội pandan latte (so yummy), and I love the bánh mì bagel too. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, and full of personality, and the service is always amazing. Such a great local small business and one of those places you’re excited to keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a 20/10. I both live and work not too far from this place and I've never heard of it?? I've been missing out on so much. The quality and taste is insane. The atmosphere, although all outside, is extremely cozy and private. The little place is nicely tucked away and you'd almost never know. I can't recommend this place enough. The coffee and banh mi are an absolute must.

My boyfriend and I first found this place from a TikTok. From the moment we visited, we knew this would be our new local coffee shop. We love everything about the mission and vision behind the shop. Also, the coffee and bites are amazing! They are one of the few places that offer southeast Asian flavors like Pandan and Ube in their coffee, and the chef/baristas are always there to explain the menu, and suggest things that would fit your pallete. All of the employees are extremely welcoming, and I’ve never had one bad experience. I 100% recommend this place! Bonus: in the summer they have fans blowing, and in the winter they have a heater for the outside seating.

Brooooooo what a lovely delight to visit this magical place!! This place has my vote for best coffee drink in Dallas and best breakfast sandwich. I ordered the Ube Sensei Vietnamese latte and it’s heartbreaking to learn that it is a limited edition drink. It is soo delicious and the sweetness is delicately balanced. I ordered the Seasoned Spam banh mi and almost cried tears of joy because it was soo tasty. The veggies were perfectly crisp and crunchy paired with the soft yet perfectly toasted bread…balanced with the savory slightly umami spam and topped with a fried egg…the warm yolk oozing all over the filling might have made all the difference! Yummm dunno if I can try anything new because I can’t wait to order these items again and again and again.
