The customer feedback points to personal assistance as one part of the shopping experience. Shoppers also mention that the store has an upstairs area, where accessories and home décor are among the items they have seen. Reviews describe the outlet as low-key, while also noting that sales staff may stay close to customers as they browse. Some visitors appreciated attentive help; others felt uncomfortable with being followed around or with staff encouraging purchases for their children. That difference is worth keeping in mind: the experience may feel helpful to shoppers who welcome direct assistance, but less relaxed to those who prefer to browse independently. You can decide what suits you by asking for help when needed and making your preferences clear.

Feedback is mixed, and the listed rating is 3.3 from 22 reviews. Alongside positive comments about friendly service and bracelet adjustments, customers have also raised concerns, including one review about a jade purchase and others about how closely staff followed them. These are individual customer accounts, not guarantees of what every visit will be like, but they offer useful context before you go.
