Cho & Kim law firm saved my family and my life. I had a lot of problems in my green card application process (NIW case), but Cho & Kim took care of every problems with their amazing efforts. Without their advice and direct supports, I would not have received the green card. In a more detailed story, when I received my green card through Cho & Kim I was a graduate student. I initially started the application with a company in LA, not Cho & Kim. The way the LA company communicates with their client was really slow and they didn't share all the information with us, so it was not transparent to the client. I immediately started to consider switching over to a better law firm. One of my close friends recommended Cho & Kim law firm in San Jose, so I contacted Cho & Kim and explained our situation. They quickly understood my situation and explained how they could help. In Dec, 2017, I was able to receive I-140 approval notice. Also, Cho & Kim requested to expedite the I-485 process, so I received EAD card in Jan, 2018. After EAD card was issued, I-485 application was stuck at the background check stage. We were really concerned about the process, because the background check could take really long time. Cho & Kim made relentless efforts by contacting the USCIS offices countless times and working with American Immigration Lawyers Association Liaison office to get through the background check as quickly as possible. Finally, the interview was scheduled in May, 2018. In order to make sure that everything is fine during our interview, Attorney Soo Kim came to the San Jose field office to help with our interview process. We ended up receiving the green card in June, 2018. Thanks to Cho & Kim’s efforts and contribution, our case which seemed impossible to move forward was successfully completed. Definitely, it was more than the relationship between the lawyer and client. They offer personal cares and provide quick responses in timely manner.
