While in a state of recovery from a total knee replacement, I have had nothing but the best medical attendants to assist me. Both my Nurse, Sheree and PT, Stephanie are extremely passionate about their work. Capable in handling any questions. If Sheree doesn't have the answers, trust me, she will get them for you. She went all out to get things done for me. She not only went all out but also responded by text in a very timely manner. Stephanie was very instrumental in getting me on the road to recovery as she talked me through what to expect while recovering. She also demonstrated exercises to be used. She's very hands on and I like that a lot. She encouraged me to do exercises but not over-doing them. Her instructions were very clear. I'm sorry to have to leave the service of these two women but they are not in my residential area. I just pray that I will have others who are as capable and knowledgeable as these I am leaving this week. My OT came to see me for an assessment and put a rush on things to make sure I won't miss services once I arrive home. I've already received a call from my new OT on Thursday. Efficient! Nurse Sheree provided wonderful care for my dad. She was kind, attentive, and truly compassionate throughout the time she spent with him. She took the time to make sure he was doing well and always treated him with patience and respect. Our family is very grateful for the care and support she showed during such an important time. Some people send help… and then there’s the kind of help that means business. That’s exactly what we got with Nurse Sherri and PT Dana. My husband and I seriously can’t say enough about them. They are helping my father-in-law improve his quality of life in ways we’re so grateful for. Now let me tell you… Nurse Sherri does NOT play about her patients. If something needs to be handled medically or physically, she’s on it. She shows up like, “Alright, let’s get this taken care of,” and we love that energy. And Dana? She truly brings her whole heart to what she does. She knows exactly how to get her patients moving and doing what they need to do. And let’s be honest, sometimes it’s hard for family to convince our father to do certain things… but when they show up? Oh, suddenly it gets done. Funny how that works. 😅 But that’s the beauty of it—they don’t just show up, they show up to help, and you can feel that they truly care. THANK YOU!!!!

I was truly impressed by the responsiveness and coordination. When my dad had an urgent issue with his suprapubic catheter, the team immediately connected with his primary care provider, and had an admitting nurse at our home within a couple of hours fully prepared with the needed supplies to replace the catheter. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick action made a world of difference. I’m so grateful for the timely care.

My mom was under the care of Chosen Health Care, and I am truly grateful for the compassion and respect they showed her during such an important time in our lives. The staff treated her with dignity, kindness, and patience, and that meant everything to our family. From the beginning, they were attentive, supportive, and professional. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made sure my mom was comfortable and well cared for. It was clear that they genuinely cared, not just about doing their job, but about her as a person. During a very emotional and challenging period, Chosen Health Care gave us peace of mind.
