OMG im TATTOO MARK superfan from the Dallas Cowboys and the TATTOO MARK FOUNDATION for Children's Hospitals though out Texas. im in need of engine work these are the very nicest automotive companies I ever met and extremely HONEST. The driver that took me home in the shuttle even prayed for me and I never had that done to me. Randy, the driver, went above and beyond getting me where I needed to go while my vehicle was being worked on. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. Summer at the front desk was also amazing. She was fast-working, extremely helpful, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free while being generous with her time and assistance. Kevin absolutely squared me away. As a Veteran, I truly appreciated him looking out for us and taking the time to work with me when my bank was having issues. Dropped off my vehicle to confirm vehicle mechanical engine breakdown. Parts arrived quickly and vehicle was completed in about a week and a half. Full engine replacement with some other things added on. Kevin was informative and very helpful throughout the process. I thoroughly enjoyed him for my repairs and we will be back as there are some other very small things that need to be repaired as well just for other time. Highly recommend. Great service. Excellent staff. Free drop off and pick up at home if you don’t want to wait hours for your vehicle to be ready. Mr. Randy who drove me to and from home was a pleasure to be around. He made a 15 min drive feel like 5 min. Very courteous and kind. I will certainly be back to this location.
