Christian Brothers Automotive Garland

Everyone at the Garland CBs is always very nice and friendly. I appreciate that they do a complimentary inspection with an oil change to make sure everything seems to be working properly. The staff is great at explaining everything in detail and in layman’s terms. It’s also nice to get the “inspection report” so you can look at what they found. I never feel like I’ve been taken advantage of, which I can’t say the same for other shops. Also, shoutout to Cooper! My last visit he found some stuff that he thought could be under warranty with Toyota. Cooper was nice enough to let me call Toyota, with him there, so I could make sure I was describing everything correctly. 🙏🏻

Taking my car to Christian Brothers automotive was incredibly frustrating and costly mistake. They try to approach mistakes with fix it once, fix it right, which is a fine approach, but when they made a mistake and didn't do nearly enough to correct it. I had my car towed there last week because my battery went completely dead. I suspected the alternator but when the alternator tested fine the next day, they understandably jumped to replacing the battery. The rates were this were reasonable but high consider the actual work involved in replacing a battery and the terminals. My car then died a few days later and I had to pay for another tow. The alternator again tested fine and they understandably thought it might be a bad battery, which they replaced. When the car started acting strange, I took it to two auto-parts stores that both showed the alternator to be the problem. After paying for the battery replacement (which likely didn't need replaced at all) and a tow and checking it myself, I brought it back in one more time to give them a chance to make it right. I expected a good deal, instead, I was given a a very high anchoring price for an alternator replacement (even if using OEM replacement) and offered a 15 percent discount for my trouble. Shops I've worked with in the past have generally only charged for parts when they made this level of mistake, since they don't want to profit off of their misdiagnosis. For people with money to burn, go here and get the "complimentary shuttle." Unfortunately for me, this was "fix" it once, fix it wrong, and then miss your chance to make it right.

All the people that work at CB are awesome. Payton helped me and walked me threw everything. She is the best of the best very kind and patient and explained everything to where I could understand. Will definitely be going back to them in the future

Very professional staff—from the front desk to the technicians, everyone is courteous and efficient. The location is super convenient, and their pricing is great. One of the best parts? Sometimes they even cover the cost of the state inspection themselves! It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Highly recommend for both quality service and great value!

I came here to say that Christian Brothers Automotive is the place you should go to have your vehicle serviced. They have the most amazing service. Brother Nate and Sister Payton have always showed me amazing service. I came here once in 2024 and I have not stopped coming here since. Even without an appointment they try to fit you in and they do their best to satisfy your needs. God bless this business. They provide detailed reports every time. This is truly a special place. The quotes they give are very extensive and can be somewhat expensive for those who want a lower budget option I would recommend a new place but if you want to take care of your vehicle and have it last for years this is the place to come.
