Christian Brothers Automotive Green Oaks

Ok so I just have to tell you about Christian Brothers Automotive on Green Oaks in Arlington. I brought my car in this morning to have some work done on it and decided to wait while they completed the work. As I sat there, I started feeling hungry but I was determined to just wait until the work was done before going to get something to eat. Shortly afterwards, my service advisor Lupe came over and asked if I’d like a cinnamon roll and of course I said YES! My initial thought was. Wow. How thoughtful! So I sat there and time passed. After about 20 minutes I figured that he gotten busy and just forgotten all about it so I thought ,”That’s OK. I’ll just wait until my car is done. But I appreciated the offer nonetheless”. A couple of minutes later, I look up for my computer to see him come around the corner with this beautiful tray, and on it, this freshly baked cinnamon roll!! I was astounded. He explained to me that they have a little oven in the back and he made it for me! UNBELIEVABLE! I will say that Christian Brothers automotive is a little on their pricey side. But I have never experienced such excellent customer service in my life! From the overtly Christian music playing in the background to the people checking on you while you wait to see if there is anything else they can get for you, their customer service is unsurpassed! And just in case you didn’t know, they do a free courtesy inspection where they will inspect your entire car for free and tell you if any repairs are needed (even if you go somewhere else to get the repairs done!) I had repairs that needed to be made on my car before going on a road trip and they introduced me to a financing program called Sunbit that allowed me to get the necessary repairs completed, and I only had to pay a down payment and then small monthly payments thereafter until the amount is repaid. Lupe was great and really took the time to go through the process and services regarding my vehicle. As a whole, Christian Brothers were exceptionally thorough and did great work. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Give them a chance with your vehicle. They'll take care of you. I'll be going back

Since bringing my vehicle in to be serviced through my warranty, I have received the best care from Holly! She has been so informative, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. Ever since our first conversation her superb customer service and advocacy through the process has truly lifted a weight from my shoulders. A+++ for communication, transparency, and service! This location did more than enough to ensure that I had an amazing Customer experience while getting my car repaired at an affordable price. From now on, I plan to come here for any future work. I strongly recommend coming here, The front staff are awesome. Adam especially really helped me out. My Toyota Corolla runs like a dream now.
