Christian Brothers Automotive Katy Firethorne

I love Christian Brothers, however...my son took his car in for an oil change several months ago. Evidently they damaged the drain plug, because his next oil change was performed by another CBA location and they noted the damage. We called CBA Firethorne to inform them of the damage, their repsonse was "We don't know if we caused any damage or not" but as an act of goodwill they said they would reimburse my son for the drain plug. When my son attempted to collect on this, he was ghosted several times until he gave up calling. Nice Difference. Today he takes it in for an oil change and they break his key fob, leaving the pieces in his cup holder, and they don't say a word to him about it. Be better.

There wasn’t a single bad thing to say they are a hair expensive. But for the quality and comfort and communication it is so worth it. I will only bring my truck there if I can’t do the maintenance myself. they are great people to work with. And they are on time and the communication I don’t think I can say enough about the communication, it is great and they actually check with the technician to see exactly where they are. And that is great and after another shop working on it for a month they had it done in a week. They also worked on it which is weird because it’s a 1984 ford f150 with the 300 inline six and a four on the floor. And they are the only ones that I know work on something so weird and do it quickly! Anyway would absolutely recommend!

Came here on Wednesday (June 10th) after I got off work. The service I received at this store was fantastic! Best customer service experience getting my oil changed by far! I also loved that I got a detailed report of my vehicle along with my oil change. Will definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive CBA - Firethorne. They were recommended by someone I trust. I could not be happier. Impressive service and wonderful people. Rashad, the service manager, was attentive and professional (a wonderful combination). As a new customer, I was not sure what to expect, but soon understood that CBA - Firethorne is all about service, follow-through and customer satisfaction. And they are serious about that. Rashad walked me through what work was recommended for my Subaru, and why. Luis tracked down the source of my elusive brake issue. No small feat. And that was fixed. CBA - Firethorne is a keeper! They are that good.
